Activate & Access

In three easy steps, we'll guide you through activating your card, creating a username (if you don't already have one) and finally, accessing Juice Mobile to manage your account, view transactions and explore your card benefits.

Activate Your Card

  • If you have your physical card in hand, click the Activate Your Card button below.
  • If you don’t have your card handy, have not received your card in the mail yet or have lost your card, please reach out to your Employer to have your card re-issued or call Juice support at (855) 687-2114 to find out the status of your new card or if you have any questions.

Create a Username & Password

  • Existing Juice users! If you were issued a replacement card for an existing card and already have a username and password, you can skip this step.
  • If you are new to Juice, have never setup a username and password before or want to setup a different username and password for a completely new card, click the Enroll button below. This username and password will be used to access Juice Mobile banking or the Juice web banking portal.
  • If you are unsure if you have a username and password for your card, please call support at (855) 687-2114.

Access Your Account

  • Once your card is active (STEP 1), and you have created a new Username and Password for this card (STEP 2), you can now access your account by downloading the Juice Mobile App for iOS or Android smart phones or by clicking one of these two links:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW CARD ACCOUNT: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions and their third-party program managers or service providers to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
